    What is the difference between Standard & PREMIUM.

    • Standard ~~ Usually a 3-5 business days service.

    • Premium ~~ Usually a 2-3 business day service for US destinations.

    Please note: US shipments with orders totaling over $300 will receive a Premium Upgrade.

    What is the difference between HITS and BULK?

    • HITS ONLY ~~ You will receive selected cards based on rarity, usually Rare and higher rarity cards.
      Please refer to each individual product page for more info.

    • ALL CARDS | BULK ~~ You will receive all cards from product, except Jumbo Cards.

    • 808breaks accepts PayPal, and most Major Credit & Debit cards.

  5. Review & Purchase

    • This is the final step. After clicking Purchase, an Order Confirmed page will display. You will receive an email confirmation.

      Combining orders with Ideal808.com

      1. We will allow combined orders for PRE-ORDERS ONLY.

      2. Please email clientcare@808breaks.com and message Brytnie your order number from both sites in order to combine cards.

      3. Please let us know BEFORE your products release. If you wait till after the products release or the day of we cannot guarantee that they will ship together since we may have shipped it out already.

      4. Please still remember to select the appropriate shipping method for your cards but in HOLD -or- COMBINE with OTHER ORDERS (ALL CARDS/HITS). (Ex. If you would like ALL CARDS then please select HOLD -or- COMBINE with OTHER ORDERS (ALL CARDS). We will not be shipping ALL CARDS if you select HITS.

Refund Policy:

  • If you would like to cancel your order, please let the stream Host know before they start opening.

  • Once a break has started, sales on the items are final. 808breaks unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

Customer Agreement
  • What am I buying: I understand I am purchasing a sealed product to be broken on stream. I will receive contents of that break based on the shipping method selected (whether it’s select cards or all the cards).

  • For In-Store Pickup: I understand that I have 30 days to pickup my order -or- my order is subject to forfeit.

  • For US Domestic Orders: I understand that I need to select at least a “Standard Service” for my order to ship. 808breaks will hold my order if I select “HOLD -or- COMBINE with OTHER ORDERS” without a “Standard” or “Premium” Service selected. I may contact 808breaks to have my order to ship.
    808breaks may also ship out my order on a Tuesday if it reaches a minimum total order value of $150.
    808breaks may upgrade my shipping to “Premium” if it reaches a minimum total order value of $300.

  • For International Orders: While tracking is provided, 808breaks is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, returns, or lost packages.

Giveaway Information effective from October 4, 2021

The following information applies to our Daily Giveaway on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and Community Challenges for release weeks.

  • To Participate in Daily Giveaway, users will need to purchase a “Giveaway Ticket” via Channel Points.

    • Participants will receive bonus entries for their “Giveaway Ticket” if they’re a subscriber and/or an order on the previous stream.

    • Daily Giveaway Participants are disqualified if they’ve won a Daily Giveaway in the past 15 days (originally 30).

  • To Participate in Community Challenges, users will need to purchase a specific product on the website related to the challenge.

    • Community Challenges are separate from Daily Giveaway and anyone who makes a valid purchase may join.

  • All Winners are selected on Random.org on stream.

    • Daily Giveaway Winners must be present to claim their prize.

    • Community Challenges Winners do not have to be present to claim their prize.

  • Winners must provide a shipping address -or- pickup name via twitch whisper (direct message) at https://www.twitch.tv/ideal808

    • 808breaks may use the most recent name and address on file if they don’t receive a message, however addresses do change so please send a message to confirm.

  • All winners in the United States will have their prize shipped via “Standard SERVICE”.

    • If winners would like to wait and have your prize shipped (or picked up) with your order, please let 808breaks know asap.

  • All winners outside of the United States will have their prize put under “HOLD -or- COMBINE with OTHER ORDERS” status.

    • Winners may contact 808breaks to make arrangements to have your prize shipped.

  • Winners outside of the United States will have 30 days to ship their prize -or- prize is subject to forfeit.
